1. Overview

CarnetCRM is developed and operated by Acare Solution LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how CarnetCRM handles information when you use the CarnetCRM iPhone and iPad app and the website at carnetcrm.com.

The short version: CarnetCRM does not collect, sell, rent, or store your app data on Acare Solution LLC servers. Your contacts, companies, proposals, invoices, expenses, notes, check-ins, voice memos, and related business records are stored on your device. Acare Solution LLC does not operate user-data servers for CarnetCRM.

2. App Store Privacy Summary

For the CarnetCRM app, Acare Solution LLC's intended App Store privacy disclosure is Data Not Collected. CarnetCRM does not transmit app data to Acare Solution LLC in a way that allows us to access or retain it. Data processed only on your device is not collected by Acare Solution LLC.

3. Data Storage

All data you enter in CarnetCRM, including contacts, companies, proposals, invoices, expenses, notes, tasks, pipeline records, check-ins, and local app settings, is stored locally on your iPhone or iPad using Apple's device storage technologies, including Core Data. This data is not transmitted to Acare Solution LLC servers.

4. No Acare Solution LLC Servers for User Data

Acare Solution LLC does not run servers that receive, host, read, analyze, sell, or back up CarnetCRM user data. We cannot view your contacts, proposals, invoices, expenses, notes, location history, voice memos, receipts, business cards, or other app content.

5. iCloud Sync

If you choose to enable iCloud Sync, your app data may be stored in your private Apple iCloud account and synced across your Apple devices. iCloud Sync is provided by Apple, not Acare Solution LLC. Acare Solution LLC does not have access to your iCloud data. Apple's privacy policy and iCloud terms govern Apple's handling of that data. iCloud Sync is optional and can be managed in the app or in your Apple device settings.

6. AI Features - Bring Your Own Key

CarnetCRM's AI-powered features, such as signature parsing, business card scanning, receipt scanning, follow-up suggestions, and proposal generation, use a Bring Your Own Key model. If you enable an AI feature, your device may send the relevant content directly to the AI provider you selected, such as Anthropic, OpenAI, Google Gemini, Mistral, Cohere, Ollama, or another supported provider, using your own API key.

Acare Solution LLC does not proxy, log, store, or inspect these AI requests. Your use of an AI provider is governed by that provider's privacy policy, terms, data retention settings, and account configuration. You are responsible for deciding what information to send to your chosen AI provider.

7. Location Data

CarnetCRM requests access to your device location only when you use location-based features such as GPS Check-ins. Location data is used to record where a meeting or check-in occurred and is stored locally on your device unless you choose to sync it with iCloud. Location data is not transmitted to Acare Solution LLC.

8. Camera, Photos, and Microphone

CarnetCRM may request camera access for business card scanning and receipt scanning, photo access if you choose to import an image, and microphone access for voice memo recording. Images and audio are processed on your device and stored locally unless you choose to sync them with iCloud or send selected content to your chosen AI provider. Acare Solution LLC does not receive or store camera, photo, or microphone content.

9. Contacts Access

CarnetCRM requests access to your iPhone Contacts app only when you use contact import or related contact features. Imported contact information is copied into CarnetCRM's local database on your device. Acare Solution LLC does not access, upload, or store your address book on external servers.

10. Calendar Access

CarnetCRM may request calendar access to create or sync tasks, check-ins, contract renewals, reminders, or related business events with your Apple Calendar. Calendar access is handled locally on your device using Apple's frameworks. Calendar data is not transmitted to Acare Solution LLC.

11. Subscriptions and Payments

CarnetCRM may offer in-app purchases, subscriptions, free trials, or one-time purchases processed by Apple through the App Store. Acare Solution LLC does not collect or store your credit card number, Apple ID password, bank details, or other payment credentials. Apple handles payment processing, receipts, refunds, and subscription management.

12. Analytics, Advertising, and Tracking

CarnetCRM does not include third-party advertising SDKs, tracking SDKs, or third-party analytics SDKs. We do not track your activity across apps or websites. We do not sell personal information. We do not use your data for targeted advertising. Any local usage counters or feature limits are stored on your device and are not transmitted to Acare Solution LLC.

13. Website and Support Communications

The CarnetCRM website at carnetcrm.com is informational. If you email Acare Solution LLC for support, privacy questions, business inquiries, or feedback, we will receive the information you choose to send, such as your email address, message, device model, iOS version, screenshots, or issue description. We use support communications only to respond to you, provide support, maintain business records, and improve the product.

The website may be hosted by a third-party hosting provider that processes standard technical information, such as IP address, browser type, request URL, and timestamp, to deliver the website, secure the service, and troubleshoot hosting issues. Acare Solution LLC does not use website visitor information for advertising tracking.

14. Data Sharing

Acare Solution LLC does not share CarnetCRM app data because we do not collect or store it. We may share limited support communications only when necessary to operate our business, comply with law, protect rights and safety, or respond to your request. We do not sell user data.

15. Data Retention

Your CarnetCRM app data remains on your device unless you delete it, delete the app, reset your device, or choose to sync it with iCloud under your Apple account. Acare Solution LLC cannot delete app data from your device because we do not have access to it. Support emails and business communications may be retained as long as needed to respond to you, maintain records, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations.

16. Your Choices

You can manage app permissions at any time in iOS Settings, including permissions for Contacts, Calendar, Camera, Photos, Microphone, Location, Face ID, and iCloud. You can delete app data from within the app where available, by deleting individual records, or by deleting the app from your device. You can choose whether to enable iCloud Sync and whether to connect any AI provider.

17. Security

CarnetCRM is designed to minimize privacy risk by keeping your data on your device. You should protect your device with a passcode, Face ID, or Touch ID, keep iOS updated, and use secure Apple ID and iCloud settings. No method of electronic storage is perfect, but CarnetCRM's architecture reduces exposure by avoiding Acare Solution LLC server-side storage of app data.

18. Children's Privacy

CarnetCRM is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

19. International Users

CarnetCRM is operated by Acare Solution LLC in the United States. Because app data is stored on your device and not on Acare Solution LLC servers, most app data processing happens under your control on your Apple device. If you contact us by email, your message may be processed in the United States or wherever our email and business service providers operate.

20. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, provide notice through the app or website. You are responsible for reviewing the current policy.
