How do I restore my purchases?
Open CarnetCRM > Settings > Subscription > Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
My data disappeared after an update
Go to Settings > iCloud Sync and ensure sync is enabled. If you were using a previous version your data may be in a local backup. Contact support@carnetcrm.com with your device model and iOS version.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open iPhone Settings > Your Name > Subscriptions > CarnetCRM > Cancel Subscription. Your access continues until the end of the billing period.
The AI features are not working
Go to CarnetCRM Settings > AI Provider and verify your API key is entered correctly. Test the connection using the Test Connection button. Make sure your API provider account has available credits.
How do I transfer my data to a new iPhone?
Enable iCloud Sync in CarnetCRM Settings before switching devices. Sign in with the same Apple ID on your new device and install CarnetCRM. Your data will sync automatically.
