Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By downloading or using CarnetCRM you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree do not use the app.

2. License

Acare Solution LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use CarnetCRM on Apple devices you own.

3. Subscriptions

CarnetCRM Pro Monthly: $9.99/month
CarnetCRM Power Monthly: $14.99/month
CarnetCRM Pro Annual: $79.99/year (7-day free trial for new subscribers)
Founding Member: $149.99 one-time non-consumable

Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel subscriptions in iPhone Settings > Your Name > Subscriptions.

4. Free Trial

New subscribers may receive a 7-day free trial for the Annual subscription. Only one free trial per Apple ID. After the trial period the subscription converts to paid at $79.99/year unless cancelled before the trial ends.

5. User Data

You own your data. CarnetCRM stores your data on your device. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data. Acare Solution LLC is not responsible for data loss due to device failure, accidental deletion, or iOS updates.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use CarnetCRM for any unlawful purpose, to reverse engineer the app, or to attempt to extract the source code.

7. Disclaimers

CarnetCRM is provided as-is. The expense tracking and tax export features are organizational tools. CarnetCRM does not provide tax, legal, or financial advice. Consult a qualified professional for tax preparation.

8. Limitation of Liability

Acare Solution LLC's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months preceding any claim.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
